Every board is 100% foodsafe (wood, glue and finish), natural (no stains or dyes), and most boards are designed to be multi-functional (cut on one side and serve on the other).
Accompanying each board is a card specifying its wood type(s), its finish, and instructions on how to maximize its serviceability.
