I am 21 years old and I was born in Pretoria, South
Africa. My family moved to Canada in the winter of 2019. I have completed
two years of 3D Animation and Game Design at Open Window, a South
African University. I can work with most mediums in the art field, my favorite
being Oil paint.
My artworks have many different styles and usually do not fit together because
I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and styles. Even though my
style might be off the rails my work usually, contain a common theme. My
works sometimes radiate a cold and concealed violence. At times, disturbing
beauty emerges. By applying abstraction, I use references and ideas that are
meshed into the process of the composition of the work, so they may escape
those who do not take the time to explore how and why these images haunt
you, like a good film, long after you have seen them. I am very excited and
thankful to have the opportunity to exhibit my work at Creek Village Gallery.
